What is your MOQ, and how long does it take?

50 pcs per colour on stock fabrics, 200 pcs if you want to mix colours and sizes. Sampling takes 7 days, bulk production takes 30 days counted from deposit and sample approval. Payment is by T/T, PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Quality control and after-sales

We agree a defect rate cap in writing before production. Pieces above the cap are remade or credited at our cost.

Third-party inspection is welcome. We will schedule the line so your inspector sees the goods, not a staged sample.

Report an issue with photos within 14 days of receipt; we respond with a remedy plan within 2 working days.

Terms questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
50 pcs per color. If you want to mix colors and sizes, the minimum is 200 pcs in total. Sample and one-off prototype work is quoted separately — ask us with the style and we will give you a number.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Sampling takes 7 days from the moment we have your design, reference piece or tech pack and the sample fee. The sample fee depends on the style and fabric — ask for a number before you send anything.
How long does bulk production take?
30 days for a standard order, counted from the day both the deposit and the confirmed sample are in place. Repeat orders are faster because the pattern and fabric are already locked.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Book the inspection and we will schedule production so your inspector sees the bulk goods, not a staged sample. We also welcome a video walkthrough of the workshop before you place an order.
What do I need to send you to get a quote?
A tech pack is ideal. For Cosplay and stage work, a high-resolution character or design reference plus your target quantity is enough for a first quote. We will tell you what is still missing before sampling starts.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM means you bring the design and we make it to your specification. ODM means we develop the pattern with you from a direction, a reference piece or a mood board, then manufacture it. MOQ and lead time differ between the two — ask for the numbers for your specific case.
What is your defect rate commitment?
We agree a defect rate cap in writing before production starts. Anything above the cap is remade or credited at our cost. The specific cap depends on the style and is confirmed with the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Deposit terms are confirmed with the order.
Will a repeat order match the same fit and shade?
We keep your approved sample and pattern on file. On repeat orders we match the fabric dye lot against that sample and flag any difference before cutting, rather than after shipping. For sublimated sportswear we also keep the print file, so a reorder reprints identically.
How fast do you reply to enquiries?
Within 24 hours. WhatsApp gets the fastest response during working hours.
