OEM · ODM · Small batch

Can you take a small batch order? Yes — from 50 pcs

We take OEM and ODM orders for dance costumes, cosplay and stage costumes, and gymnastics sportswear. Minimum 50 pcs per colour, 7-day sampling, 30-day bulk lead time. Pattern making, cutting, sewing, digital printing, rhinestone work and quality control all stay in-house; only embroidery and hard props go to vetted partners, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.

Finishing we do in-house

The processes below are completed in our own workshop. Only embroidery and hard props (EVA, resin) go to vetted long-term partners, and we say so.

OEM vs ODM

The two models differ in MOQ and lead time. Which one fits depends on whether you already have production-ready material.

Capability questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
50 pcs per color. If you want to mix colors and sizes, the minimum is 200 pcs in total. Sample and one-off prototype work is quoted separately — ask us with the style and we will give you a number.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Sampling takes 7 days from the moment we have your design, reference piece or tech pack and the sample fee. The sample fee depends on the style and fabric — ask for a number before you send anything.
Can you make a garment from my own design?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Send a design sketch, a technical drawing, a reference photo or a physical sample. Our pattern room drafts the pattern on a large-format plotter, sews a first sample, and you revise until the fit is right. Two or three sample rounds are normal for complex stage and Cosplay pieces.
Do you apply rhinestones and sequins in-house?
Yes, rhinestone setting and sequin appliqué are done in our own workshop, not outsourced. Tell us the stone size and the density you want, and whether the piece will be dry-cleaned — that changes which adhesive and backing we use.
How does sublimation printing work, and does it fade?
Sublimation printing dyes the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so there is no hand feel and no printed layer to crack or peel. It only works on polyester-based stretch fabrics, which is what leotards and most performance wear use. Colour fastness is tested on the actual fabric before bulk printing.
How do you make sure stretch garments keep their shape?
We test stretch recovery on the actual fabric before bulk cutting, and we match seam type to the fabric: 4-thread coverstitch for high-stretch panels, so the seam stretches with the garment instead of snapping. If a fabric fails the recovery test, we tell you before cutting rather than shipping a problem.
What do I need to send you to get a quote?
A tech pack is ideal. For Cosplay and stage work, a high-resolution character or design reference plus your target quantity is enough for a first quote. We will tell you what is still missing before sampling starts.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM means you bring the design and we make it to your specification. ODM means we develop the pattern with you from a direction, a reference piece or a mood board, then manufacture it. MOQ and lead time differ between the two — ask for the numbers for your specific case.
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes. You can specify a fabric supplier, or send us the fabric directly. For stretch fabrics we still run our own recovery and shrinkage test before bulk cutting, against the standard you specify.
Do you run needle detection on finished garments?
Yes, every finished piece passes through a needle detector before packing. This is standard on all orders.
Will a repeat order match the same fit and shade?
We keep your approved sample and pattern on file. On repeat orders we match the fabric dye lot against that sample and flag any difference before cutting, rather than after shipping. For sublimated sportswear we also keep the print file, so a reorder reprints identically.
Do you confirm fabric weight and shrinkage before production?
Yes. Weight, shrinkage and — for stretch fabrics — recovery are all measured on the actual fabric before bulk cutting, so the finished garment matches the sample you approved rather than the spec sheet the mill sent.
